  1. By participating in the “Lucky Door Prize” competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is ACUITY HEALTH AUSTRALIA (ABN 57623507620) of Level 15, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at the start of the Women in Insurance event (WII event) and concludes at the end of the WII event (7am-9am, 3 June 2026). All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
  4. To enter the competition, participants must submit their contact details.
  5. The winner/s will be randomly determined through a fair and impartial drawing conducted by the Promoter. The selection process is final and no further discussions or appeals will be entertained.
  6. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of being determined. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  7. The prize is as listed on the promotion poster.
  8. One winner will be chosen at random from all the entrants. The winner will receive a $300 Visa card.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
  11. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Collection Statement: Your privacy is important to us.
